This client provides recruitment services for high level positions within the technology and telecoms sectors. Working in a fast-paced industry, this client is heavily dependant upon the availability and reliability of their IT Infrastructure.


SCENARIO

Returning to Littlefish after trying another company, this client wanted an IT Support company who they knew would deliver what was required – high-quality, cost-effective service.


SOLUTION

As a small company, this client had no time to waste on lengthy phone calls, so we installed Littlefish Rescue on to each PC to enable our engineers to solve their IT problems remotely -and in real-time, rather than having to re-create the issue or wait for it to happen again. Using the instant messaging interface has made dealing with their issues simpler, as they can quickly explain and demonstrate what the issue is, allowing the engineer to see the problem and its resolution quicker. By using Littlefish Alert, we are now in a position us to pre-empt issues before this client faces large problems, thus keeping their downtime to a realistic minimum.
