Users May Experience Erratic Internet Connection Next Year, Research Says

Internet users are anticipated to experience erratic connection in 2010 if the web network infrastructure will not be enhanced. Obsolete networks may collapse with the upward scale that internet users are taking as well as the increasing demand for multimedia content. 
 

A recent research revealed that websites that use up large bandwidth will be the key contributors to the failure of internet.  Users may start having intermittent connection or computers will recurrently fail to operate. 

 

Nemertes analyst Ted Ritter predicts the waning reliability of the internet if the network is left unupgraded. He further said outages will set in next year, restricting millions of users from the internet.
