Twitter Wants IT Engineers for its Security

IT company Twitter wants to hire IT engineers that will use IT Support in a way to develop revenue-generating IT services and bring a great improvement to its IT security. This is, of course, a decision the micro-blogging site made after the hacker attack it experienced in December. So, it wants 27 capable engineers of which 20 to have engineering and software developer functions.

Twitter had to face hacker attacks last year and this made it decide that it needs help with its security. Some of the jobs need engineers for: "Manager, Network and Infrastructure Security", "Software Engineer - Anti-Spam," "Product Marketing Manager" and three software engineers for monetisation. Nevertheless, this is also a way to bring money to the company. The co-founder of Twitter said that in the near future they might sell paid-for commercial accounts.
