Nokia Introduces More Internet Services
Nokia, the world's top mobile phone maker, announced its move to open up new internet services to support, synchronize, and share content between mobile phones and PCs. The company introduced a new personal information management (PIMa) synchronization feature for calendars, contacts, notes and tasks between Nokia phones and its Internet services site.Nokia has not disclosed its Internet service user volume, but its its navigation, gaming and music offering showed good numbers in terms of revenues on the second quarter this year. The company also launched its Ovi Suite for PC and Files on OVi applications. These allow users to copy data from phones on an Internet-connected PC, and to access files remotely from any browser-enabled mobile phone or computer.
