iPhone Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey

Apple's celebrated smartphone handset, the iPhone, has topped the customer satisfaction survey from J.D Power and Associattes.  
 

The survey posted categories like operation, battery life, design and features.The firm gathered the results through a 1,000 point system. Smartphone vendors were then ranked based on the categories posted. 

 

Apple ranked first, garnering 791 points out of 1,000. L.G trailed behind at 772 points, followed by Samsung at 759. 

 

The survey runs second on Apple's list of satisfaction polls by which it won the top spot. On April, the company took credits for its computer business from analyst firm Forrester.
