Cuban Government Finally Allows Internet Access in Post Offices
In a sudden turn of events, the Cuban government has decided to allow public internet access at post offices throughout the country. A decree was published in the government’s official website authorizing Empresa Correos de Cuba to "provide access to public Internet to all naturalized persons."Although post offices offer public computers, they are still connected a national intranet which has limited access to the web. Post office administrators have no idea when the new rule will take effect.
