Apple Accused HTC of Infringement

IT company Apple is convinced of the fact that IT products maker HTC has been using IT Support in order to work with 20 of Apple's patents. Because of this fact, Apple has decided to file a lawsuit against smartphone maker HTC. It seems that HTC used patents related to the software, the user interface, architecture and hardware of the iPhone. However, Apple hasn't commented on the situation just yet.

Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO, said that “We can sit by and watch competitors steal our patented inventions, or we can do something about it. We've decided to do something about it. We think competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology, not steal ours.” So, this action was made in order to protect the company. HTC didn't comment on the situation either. However, Apple has been down this road again so nothing new might surprise Steve Jobs. In October it was sued by Nokia and in December, Apple counter-sued Nokia.
